A restocking and cancellation fee of 25% applies to all preorders.
This fee is applicable for orders that are still expected and those that have already been delivered.
2. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
Customers are advised that the ETA for orders may change without prior notice.
These changes can be attributed to factors such as international shipping dynamics and port operations.
3. Warranty and Fair Use Policy
All products manufactured by Rockarmor Pty Ltd come with a manufacturer's warranty, which is governed by a Fair Use Policy.
The warranty does not cover products used under extreme conditions, for competition purposes, or those that have undergone unauthorized modifications.
Any such use or modification will result in the immediate voiding of the warranty for Rockarmor stock.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds for any transactions will be processed within 14 business days from the date of eligibility.
5. Warranty for Workmanship
All workmanship on products is covered under warranty for a period of 12 months.
This warranty does not extend to products that have been disassembled, misused, neglected, or altered in any way.
The warranty will be voided if any products are modified to fit, including cutting, grinding, shaving, screwing, or any other alterations, unless prior written or emailed approval has been obtained from Rockarmor head office
6. Liability for External Fittings
AOM Sydney explicitly disclaims responsibility for any external fittings or attachments to the products.
