The customer service was impeccable, I placed an order and paid $50 in freight to be called and asked if I would like to pick it up from down the road from my house for free instead that day which was so kind of them to offer. I am extremely happy with the the mist fan. I was taken when i first turned the unit on that the the high setting on the fan was excellent. The unit is very well made and will suit my needs perfectly. I would strongly recommend this product.
